  • TIFFANY BROWN, ESQ. | Managing ATTORNEY

    A graduate of Duke University and the George Washington University Law School, Tiffany has over a decade of experience in healthcare and technology policy, and civil rights law. She has worked within the federal government as well as the private sector in various policy, consulting, and legal positions. She currently does strategic impact litigation and policy work in the tech sector with a focus on product liability, privacy, and civil rights harms. She formerly co-led the U.S. Department of Justice’s AI and Civil Rights Working Group which focused on building technical knowledge and capacity to enforce AI-related civil rights harms. She also helped to develop the Department’s litigation efforts and create impactful policy initiatives including public-facing websites, guidance documents, and legislative proposals.

  • ANTHONY BROWN | POLICY AND LEGAL ADVISOR

    A graduate of Howard University and The George Washington University Law School, Anthony is passionate about the intersection of technology and international law. He has a background in journalism, government relations, congressional affairs, and government investigations. He formerly worked at the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) and is currently a legal fellow at the U.S. Senate Commerce, Science, and Technology Committee. He was a founding member of GW Law’s Journal of Law and Technology and studied international human rights law at Oxford University. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

    Areas of Expertise: International Law, Human Rights, Privacy Law, Data Protection and Cybersecurity, FOIA, Congressional Investigations, Government Affairs.
