Tiffany has years of experience in healthcare policy, technology, and civil rights law, within the federal government and private sector. She formerly led the U.S. DOJ Civil Rights Division’s AI and Civil Rights Working Group which focused on building technical knowledge and capacity to enforce AI-related harms. She also worked to develop litigation strategies and promote impactful policy initiatives. and legislative proposals.
